All the food in Machol Miami is catered and glatt Kosher,
with the supply of the freshest ingredients and great attention to details.
Every lunch and dinner included a fresh salad bar, a soup and a choice of several
delicious dishes, in addition to varieties of desserts and hot beverages.
A pitcher of cold water and ice tea was always on the table. Snacks were
served at all the dance session, with a special afternoon High Teas on French and
Cruise Nights, and piping hot from the oven midnight snacks every night.

The food service in the Sheraton is up to
international standards of luxury hotels. From the elegant
surrounding of the newly renovated dining hall and lobby, to highly
trained, formally dressed personnel. Many of our waiters and waitresses
have been employed on cruise ships, and are familiar with the highest
standards of service.
